Message from the President
भारतीय राष्ट्रीय मजदूर कांग्रेस (महासंघ), also known as the Indian National Trades Union Congress (Federation), is a democratic national trade union federation committed to the protection, empowerment, and advancement of the working class of India.
We represent workers from both the organized and unorganized sectors, striving to uphold their dignity, rights, and socio-economic security. Our organization functions on the principles of democracy, equality, social justice, and collective solidarity.

We resolve disputes through dialogue and negotiation, resorting to strikes only as a last weapon.

We actively participate in tripartite bodies to shape labor laws and social security policies.
